AZ CO was founded by Asra Amin and Rukhsana Gillani — two women from different generations united by one vision: to redefine what a workplace feels like for women in Pakistan.
After years of seeing talented women drop out of the workforce due to harassment, lack of flexibility, or unsafe environments, they asked a simple question:
“Where can women work and truly feel respected, supported, and empowered?”
The answer became AZ CO — a coworking space where design meets dignity and community replaces competition.
Every policy, layout, and partnership at AZ CO is intentionally built to create an ecosystem where women can build businesses, networks, and confidence — on their own terms.
Since opening our doors, AZ CO has grown into a vibrant community of entrepreneurs, freelancers, creatives, and changemakers — with over 70% female membership and a consistent record of 100% private-office occupancy.
We’ve hosted dozens of workshops, networking sessions, and skill-building events — from digital marketing and podcasting to wellness and leadership.
But our real impact lies in the culture we’re creating:
