AZ SPACES – Coworking Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement & Payments

  • Membership starts only after full payment.
  • Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Any overdue payments may lead to suspension of services.

2. Use of Space

  • Space is for business use only — no illegal or disruptive activities.
  • Members must respect others and maintain a professional environment.
  • Keep your desk/cabin clean and leave it as found.

3. Access & Security

  • Members get access during business hours (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Do not share access cards, keys, or Wi-Fi passwords with others.
  • AZ SPACES may restrict access in emergencies or maintenance.

4. Facilities & Equipment

  • Internet, electricity, and amenities are provided but not guaranteed 24/7.
  • Any damage to property or equipment must be paid for by the member.

5. Personal Belongings

  • AZ SPACES is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal items.

6. Privacy & Conduct

  • Be respectful and professional with all members and staff.
  • Loud calls, offensive language, or harassment are not tolerated.

7. Guests & Visitors

  • Guests are allowed only with prior permission.
  • You are responsible for your guests’ behavior and damages.

8. Termination

  • AZ SPACES can end the agreement for rule violations or unpaid dues.
  • Members must vacate the space immediately upon termination.

9. Changes & Updates

  • Terms may be updated; members will be informed in advance.

10. Liability

  • AZ SPACES is not liable for loss, injury, or business interruption.
